jade frog

HB & B graphite pencils.
I bought this jade frog while in Chicago's China Town back in the early 90's.

wow:) and funny thing is that i have exactly the same kind of frog here in Helsinki on my window cill. i got it from my father when he visited China:)

i have a question... about the highlights, do you leave the space or do you erase it later on?

the gradation is perfect... you have absolutely mastered the pencil... :)

Outi - that is amazing...a coincidence for sure!

Anish - I leave the highlighted areas open as much as possible, and then go back into the drawing and pull out more with a kneaded eraser when the drawing is finished.
