I'm so glad you found that joy! You do such perfect and beautiful work! It's a joy for us to look at! You are an inspiration to those of us just starting out in the art public.
Thanks ladies! Ronni - I usually only have time for a quick drawing in my Moleskine because I rarely have time to draw unless it is for work, so I try to do studies that only take 2 or 3 hours.
Hi Kate! It's so good you could retake drawing... I love your seashells drawings, I've been strugling with these creatures lately (trying to paint a few), and I have to say it's not easy at all, and you have put almost every single detail on them, and their glow... I really love your work... Best regards, Carolina
Its a good feeling when you look at, and draw something that well. To put things in black and white and all the shades in-between with a few pencils is a good way to clear your mind of anything that is bothering you.
Hello kate! Still terrific and fantastic as always. It's a joy to see you over at my blog. I have been trying to catch up with all your blogs. I see you have a new one or maybe I have not seen that before. I hope all is well with you Kate.
This is a beautifully detailed piece. Lovely. Im studying to become an Art teacher and hopefully Illustrate childrens books and do freelance in my spare time. You are very lucky, hopefully one day Ill get there hehe, lovely blog.x

Damn, girl, these pencil pieces are wonderful. I love the smooth lines, the precision. Ah. did they take long to do?
Thanks ladies!

It's been too long!
I was wondering what was happening with this blog. Glad to see it is still alive and kicking.
Fantastic job on the seashells. What a smooth looking texture you achieved!
Just great!
